Laborers' International Union of North America, Local 582 representing over 1,450 men and women in the Building Construction Trades in Kane and Kendall Counties of Illinois and throughout the state working under the Building and Heavy Highway Agreements administrated by the Construction and General Laborers' District Council of Chicago and Vicinity.
